Five steps, about ten minutes all in. You don't pay a penny until there's a night your group actually fancies.
Two minutes: your name, an email, your date of birth and your city. That's all we need — the rest wouldn't help us put a better night together. No membership, no monthly fee, no card at this stage. And your profile isn't a shop window: nobody browses it and nobody can search for you.
This is what makes SAL different: nobody comes alone. Whoever gets in first names the group — Thursday crew, the padel lot, whatever you already call yourselves — and gets a code like SAL-4KP2Q to pass around. 3 to 6 people: groups of women, of men or mixed. Small enough to still be your group, big enough for the mix to work.
On your own, whenever it suits you, about six minutes. They're not about your hobbies, they're about how you are around other people: whether you say yes before checking the route, whether you break the ice or read the room first. No right answers and no trick questions.

It isn't a personality test and it doesn't try to define you. It's how we get a feel for the way you connect with people, and how we build groups with an interesting mix. And, along the way, a decent excuse for the first conversation to start somewhere other than the weather.
You only pay for the nights you actually want to go to. No fees, no subscriptions. Whoever set the group up confirms who's coming and books for everyone.

Three or four groups, somewhere between twelve and twenty people, and a SAL host who meets you at the door and stays for the whole evening. You never walk in not knowing who to ask for, and you never walk in on your own: you walk in with your lot.
We're starting small, on hotel rooftops in Palma: a drink at sunset, a good room, and groups we reckon will get on. No icebreaker games, no going round the table saying your name, and nothing you wouldn't do on any given Thursday with your friends.
Before each one we go through the groups who've booked and put the room together on purpose: we look at the avatars, the ages, and whether you've already shared a night. What we never do is split you up. You came together and you stay together — the other groups are there so there's somebody new to meet.
If one of you can't make it, no problem: the organiser ticks who's coming to each night and you pay for the people actually going. Nobody drops out of the group over one Thursday. The only condition is keeping a minimum of 3 people from the group; with fewer, the dynamic we're after stops working.
Cancelling more than 48 hours before the start is free and needs no explanation, whether it's one place or the whole booking: you get the full amount back to the method you paid with. Inside those 48 hours we can no longer refund it, because the venue is already committed — but tell us anyway so we know how many of you are coming.
And if it's SAL that cancels or postpones a plan, you always choose between a full refund and moving your places to the new date.
